Winner at Nottingham on penultimate start last season and has returned in good form this year and wasn't beaten far in 4th at Windsor last week. Down another lb and drops into class 6 so big run expected today.

Likeable type who ran very well in some hot sprint handicaps last season and was only just denied here in August. Followed that up by winning at Newcastle and been running okay off higher marks during the winter. Switches back to turf on a very interesting mark and would be no surprise to see him run well this afternoon.

At the veteran stage of his career but won on reappearance at Pontefract and ran well in defeat at Thirsk last time. Dropped a lb and the old boy should run well once again.

Progressed nicely during winter of 22/23 but well beaten returning from a year off at Chelmsford last month. Should come on plenty for that though and is on a very interesting mark should he be able to recapture his old form.

Winner at Chelmsford in March. Good efforts since including when 3rd back on turf at Epsom last time. Was 2lb out of the handicap that day so technically 3lb lower today and has won off higher marks previously so should run well this evening.

3 time winner in Jersey last summer and has returned to these shores in good form with solid placed efforts at Kempton. Same mark once again and surely only a matter of time until he gets his head in front.
