Cloch Nua is another inconsistent type but capable on a going day, dual AW winner in 2022.
Started off last year with some good efforts but finished off with below par runs.
Having first start after almost 6 months off and drops back to 7f, last run over this trip was over a year ago, when finishing 7th of 12 but that was a good effort, considering he was beaten under 4 lengths, off a 6lb higher mark, in a class 4 handicap.

Limmortale has had 5 runs, barely beaten a rival, returns after almost a year off the track, hence the big price.
On paper has little to no chance but I think this lightly raced 4yo may be worth a punt.
Having not shown a great deal in first three runs, was handed a very stiff opening handicap mark.
No surprise to see him well beaten on handicap debut and again down the field in a claimer.
Making his return from a far more realistic mark of 50, has run keen in the past, so may not take much getting fit, also has the hood on for the first time, which looks a good sign.

A few in here with good form claims, also a few nice looking newcomers, Ellen Jay looks a very interesting debutant.
Her dam was very useful, made an impressive winning debut and went on to win 6 from 8, rounded off her career, winning the Breeders Cup filly and mares Grade 1 sprint.

Haaf A Diamond won over a mile here last year and followed that up, running second over same CD, to the horse she previously beat, on 3lb worse terms, also on softer ground.
Returned from over 7 months off last time, not a great effort but she was worked up before the start, reared as the stalls opened and ran her usually keen self.
Hopefully she will be less gassy tonight and if she does settle better over this longer trip, she could put in a much better effort.

Charency looks like he could be getting back to his best.
Made steady improvement with each run last year, his first season, finished runner up over CD last October before going on to break his maiden on the AW, poor final effort but was given a couple of months off, after that run.
Has been running in higher grades on the AW this year and the switch to turf at this lower grade, could be key.

She has an excellent pedigree, dam was equally well bred but was unraced, the dam was a daughter of Rags to Riches, who was a four time Grade 1 winner, including the Belmont Stakes.

Not the greatest maiden claimer, the Fav and 2nd Fav are 14 and 21 race maidens, both have the form to win this but both have had plenty of chances, so I would take them on with the only newcomer Lost Sunset, despite this mare making her very belated debut at 5 years of age.
She has the pedigree to do well and in the past couple of months, did some nice morning workouts.

On form shown to date, Anjician has little to no chance but could be worth a little punt, given his pedigree, price and perserverance of the stable.
Had two runs over hurdles, pulled up both times, two runs on turf on quicker ground, well beaten both times but was up against some useful opposition, lastest two runs have been on the AW, following a huge layoff, both over much shorter trips, both times, never in the hunt.
Plenty of stamina in the dams side of the pedigree, has possibly ideal ground, handicap debut and a distance that should suit.
He is related to very useful multiple Flat and Hurdle winner Lorde Erskine, if he produced half that siblings ability, he would go close in this race.

Miss Brazen was a dual fast ground winner for Karl Burke as a juvenile.
Last year won over this CD on soft ground for Mick Easterby, lower grade race but this filly won very easily, went up 10lb for that win and found life tougher off her revised mark.
Although not that consistent after her last win, she did post some good runs in defeat.
First run of the new season but she won first time as a 2yo and she is now down to 3lb above her last winning mark.
