Has started to get some leniency from the handicapper and could bounce back to form on the all-weather today. Wasn't given a hard time when 8th here on seasonal debut for Mick Appleby having moved from the William Haggas yard over the summer. Finished last at Newbury next time out on soft ground but has now been dropped to a mark of 79 having won off 85 at Newmarket in April 2022 and been rated as high as 93 at his peak.

Ran green but idn't have the greatest of runs and ran on late that day. finishing well despite the considerate handling. Began the season with an 8th place in the Dubai Invitational and after missing the cut in Dubai he quickly bounced back with 4th in the Ras Al Khaimah Championship. They won't want to lose 2nd place though and should beat Eintracht Frankfurt this afternoon. They have won 7 of their last 8 at home with only Dortmund coming away with any points in that time.
