As high as he's ever been in the rankings now ranked 21st in the world. Won as a rookie on the PGA Tour in the Farmers Ins Open & followed that up with 3rd in the AT&T at Peeble Beach. 12th in the Master's on debut though slightly disappointed last week finishing t49th in the Heritage.

More on today against the boys compared to her 2 wins over fences against her own sex, lto in a 2 horse race. She'd earlier finished 3rd here when a couple of mistakes didn't help her cause. Still time to improve & she's worth an each way bet in a race where Nickle Back is bound to set a strong pace.

The top 2 2m chaser's finally meet this season after one reason or another has made us wait until the last day. Narrow preference is for Jonbon at the prices considering the race ending mistake El Fabiolo made at the Cheltenham Festival. Whilst neither are foot perfect Jonbon is probably the safer option especially considering the railway fences are going to put an emphasis on jumping. This is pretty sure to be run at a fast pace & jumping errors could prove critical

Nothing between this selection & Fire Flyer on Taunton running in February. He's since beaten Helnwein & Lario into 2nd & 3rd at the same track just over a fortnight ago & of those 2 only Helnwein is entitled to finish closer on these revised terms although Lario wouldn't of been suited by that tighter track & could go well at a price. Secret Squirrel ran out a convincing winner that day though he won't want to get into a tussle early doors with Steel Ally if they both look to lead. Certainly looks as though he's got more to offer but this is wide-open.

5 top 10s around this course & makes plenty of appeal with that record. Not hit his best yet in 2024. Never in contention during the Master's but did finish 22nd. Played well for most of the week & hopefully he returns to something like his best on a course he obviously enjoys.

Totally unexposed coming into this having only had 3 runs so far. Interesting that Marquand has got down to a low weight to ride. Didn't get the best of runs on his final start as a 3yo at Kempton when finishing 5th where he would of got closer. Considering the winner of that is now rated 103 & has won a group 1 then he could be very well treated off 88.

1 win from 4 starts in her 2yo campaign winning a low class maiden very easily at Kempton on her 3rd start. Rounded off last season with a 3rd in a group 3 at Newmarket. Needs to improve on bare form especially compared to Relief Rally but her stable have started the season in great form & she's got no stamina doubts at this trip.

2 of his last 3 runs have been good but word of caution he did bleed on the other occasion at Doncaster. Convincing winner lto at Newbury over shorter but looking as though he could be better over further. 8lb rise makes things tougher but he's on the up.

Has really found form in the UK on his last 2 starts. Nailed close home at Chepstow he led all the way when a very good winner at Aintree last week jumping like a stag. More to do off this 10lb higher mark & on drying ground. Still that was a very good performance at Aintree & he looked to be an improving type.
